George Strait was already famous when he released the song that
begins, "I've got some ocean front property in Arizona. From my front
porch you can see the sea…" But if he hadn't already been famous that
line might have been the one to do it! Why? Because it's funny. While
Arizona has a lot to offer residents, "wet" property just isn’t
available. But now, the WestStone Group of Companies is preparing to
sell waterfront resort property in Arizona. It's a good thing that
George specifically said "ocean front property in Arizona" or the irony
of the song would have been ruined! December 5, 2007--Playing All Arizona Musicians All Day: RadioArizona.Net

census reports and conclude that the American population is becoming
more diverse because the white, non-hispanic ethnic category that has
historically represented the majority continuously increases at a much
slower rate than its ethnic group counterparts so its percent of the
total population is lower each year.
